Privacy Policy — Draw n Guess

“Draw n Guess” (the “App”) is a realtime multiplayer drawing-and-guessing game. This policy explains what we collect, why, and your choices. You can use the App as a guest without creating an account.

Information we collect

• Account (only if you sign up): email address and a password (stored only as a salted bcrypt hash — never in plain text), or your Google account email/name if you use “Continue with Google”. You also choose a unique username and may upload a profile photo.
• Device identifier: a per-device id used only for moderation (to enforce bans for reported content). It is not used for advertising or tracking.
• Gameplay content: the drawings you make, chat/guess messages, and scores, shared with others in your room while you play.
• Moderation data: if a drawing is reported, we store the reported image, the involved usernames, and the device id, to review abuse and apply bans.
• Advertising: on Android the App shows ads via Google AdMob, which may process advertising identifiers under Google’s policies. On the web, ads (if enabled) use Google AdSense.

How we use it

• To run the game (matchmaking, rooms, turns, scores, chat).
• To let you sign in and keep your account, username, and profile photo across devices.
• To keep the game safe (handle reports and bans).
• To show ads that help support the App.

Sharing

We do not sell your personal data. Limited data is processed by service providers we rely on: Google (Sign-In and AdMob/AdSense). Your username, avatar, drawings and chat are visible to other players in your room during play.

Consent for ads (EEA/UK)

Where required, the App presents a Google consent (UMP) message before serving personalized ads, and respects your choice.

Data retention & deletion

We keep account data until you delete your account. You can delete your account and personal data at any time:

• In the app: tap your name (top-left) → Delete account.
• On the web: use the Delete account page.

Deletion removes your account record and profile photo and unlinks your account from retained moderation records.

Children

The App is not directed to children under 13 (or the minimum age in your country). If you believe a child has provided us data, contact us and we will remove it.
